I realize that this is supposed to be a spoof and, as such, is not to be taken seriously but it leaves SO MANY questions unanswered. It seems the staff writer would have to answer this question. What happened to Ken's immense family wealth? Why is he working for Capcon as a lowly employee? What happened to his wife Eliza? It really doesn't make sense at all.

This kinda stuff has crossed my mind as well, Saubha.

Ken Masters is obscenely wealthy and so the only reason I can gather for his being a cubicle jockey for Capcom is just another case of sheer boredom on the part of a spoiled rich kid who retired too soon from his ace profession. Notice how he hardly seems to care about being fired (unlike Zangief who really needed the little money he'd been getting). Ken knows that, if he wanted to, he could probably get his dad to buy Capcom just for him (and make things really hard for Mr. Weiner).

As for Eliza, just about everybody has been asking about her. This is yet another reason why this series needs to continue into new seasons.

Why is M. Bison alive again (let alone why he's wheelchair bound now)?

Why does Blanka continue to mutate even now while he tries to assimilate into human society?

Why is Sagat's scar no longer there?

As for that last question, Sam informed me early on (and I can now say this since everybody knows of his complicity with E. Honda) that E. Honda (posing as Ryu) had something to do with freeing Sagat of his scar, thereby forging an alliance with him and earning Sagat's loyalty. This plot detail, like several others, however, has not as yet been implemented into the official storyline but I remember it clearly from as far back as a year ago.

The official joke on the set about Zangief's diminished size is that he'd finally quit his out of control abuse of steroids. This joke, also, has not yet found its way into the series. And, although I posed for the "Zangief Nude" gallery for Drummer Bear only last year in Miami with his body full of his familiar scars from wrestling bears, when we talked about it, Sam said, quite accurately, that, by now and after so many years living in America, his scars would have faded to white and wouldn't be clearly visible. That made sense to me.

Hopefully, a great deal of questions will continue to be answered in future story arcs of "Street Fighter: The Later Years".

Yeah, I found it weird that he retired from the street fighting circuit so early on. I DO hope the series continues soon, I want to see what happens! I can't help but comment on this, as everyone else already has, but I find Ana Parsons to be gorgeous! Beautiful women already know they're beautiful, so I realize this compliment is in vain but I figure it's still good to hear it! I often get complimented too, but nonetheless enjoy hearing if from a fan. Haha Wink

I sense another professional entertainer here (yeah, it's true, I'm as sharply astute as Zangief himself).

Please tell us something about yourself and your work. I sure would like to know.

As for Ana, she always has to endure the "she's not Asian" comments (even though she is) and the almost medically detailed descriptions from guys online every day of that which they'd like to do to her. That said, though, she really does appreciate all the compliments she gets and she's a real class act (in spite of her association with us, LOL). Grin

Entertainer? Wow, thanks for the compliment! To be honest, I have dabbled in theater, participated in our civic theater, and taken a course in acting before but it is not my background. I have always enjoyed singing, and many insist that I have a future in the performing arts and am a natural performer but of this I am not certain. Almost everyone I know says I'm a very funny guy too! Smiley I actually am a pastry chef, so I entertain more through the palate. I love chocolate more than most women do! Haha, I studied Patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu under classically trained chefs. I currently have now returned to school. I am basically trying to utilize all of my talents as much as possible. I refer to my friends as well as people I know (jokingly of course) as 'fans'. Sometimes, I refer to answering my email as answering my 'fanmail'. Haha, after roughing it through work under some chefs in restaurants (no creativity involved), I realized that climbing the tier to head chef is a long and tedious path and I did not want to get burned out. I also know myself to be very articulate and analytical, so I plan on going to law school, saving up money, and to segue way into the restaurant business once I've accrued the liquid capital necessary. It is going to be hard, because I am a free spirit and love to travel, but hopefully I can hit the books for long enough to make this dream a reality! Anyways, about Ana, I understand people's attractions to her but I find it rather crude and creepy to talk about wishing to perform sexual deeds to her when they don't even know her which is why I stick to complimenting her.  Wink As far as heritage, Capcom made Chun Li's looks rather ambiguous as to her origin, so I think someone of mixed blood is fine. Plus, by her beautiful eyes, I can tell that Ana does indeed have a good deal of Chinese in her.  Cheesy

You have no idea how much respect I have for you, Saubha.

You've got an excellent career plan and it involves creating a good life for yourself but only on your terms. You've also chosen a great profession from which to build your next one. Being a chef is every bit as fiercely competitive and vicious as show business or high fashion modeling. Only the toughest and/or smartest survive long enough to reach the level of their satisfaction! Once in a great while it's the luckiest but they tend to lack the staying power of those whose tenacity has weathered years of seemingly impossible obstacles to forge their desired positions within their careers.

And being a chef is in many ways akin to being an entertainer; it's all about the quality of the presentation and the satisfaction of the crowd.

By the way, I'm hopelessly addicted to chocolate. Like the Aztecs, I consider it to be "the food of the gods".

I'd seen Ana Parsons already and knew she had the look that makes a convincing Chun Li when I'd read that she had been cast in the role. I knew I'd be working with her in the very next episode and I really looked forward to meeting her. She's one of the family now and we're all so proud of her!

Indeed, I think DARK chocolate is the food of the gods! Well, good quality couverture dark chocolate anyways. Haha, it also is a nice way to impress women, since they love a man who can cook; though I always say I don't cook, I bake! Speaking of which, I wonder if Ana like chocolates? Smiley I HAVE met a FEW women here and there (freaks in my opinion  Tongue) who do not like chocolate and some who even HATE chocolate. I'm like how can you hate chocolate?! Hehe, I actually have a taste for cuisine too (and fine-dining in general), but more often than not I need a recipe to launch from and then modify it to my liking.  Cheesy

Though wow, we went off on quite a tangent, even though it was entertaining for sure! Back on point, I am wondering when you guys take up the show again? I want to see what happens!  Smiley

Anytime, Saubha.

So like a true chef, indeed, to take an existing recipe and customize it to your own professional standards.

When Zangief trained to be a professional wrestler, he freely borrowed from the styles of other great wrestlers (Mike Haggar did not appreciate the compliment of Zangief's "borrowing" his Spinning Lariat and went on to steal Zangief's Spinning Piledriver in retrobution, making the two professional rivals everafter). He would then modify the most effective moves and put his own unique stamp on them.

I'm afraid that my appreciation for chocolate is best illustrated by the analogous difference between a wine connoisseur and a wino. If you melt a brown crayon into the shape of a rabbit, I'll probably eat it, then tell you what a fine grade of chocolate it is.

And everybody thinks ZANGIEF's crude!

But, yeah, any woman who tells you she dislikes chocolate should make you interested in examining her larynx;

IT'S REALLY A MAN!!!

Ya know, the deep voice should really have tipped you off.

All the rest are just lying, LOL!

But, yeah, LOL! I'm afraid that the subject of Ken has totally escaped us!

Our next episode will be out in January as we continue into our third year! Expect a fully focused and energized Ken determined to save Chun Li from the danger in which she unwittingly finds herself.

Meanwhile expect to find Zangief simply being unwitting!

Whatever further clues there are to discover, with regard to the corrupted Street Fighters' involvement with Capcom's corporate conspiracy, there is one fact I can reveal in advance:

Zangief will find none of them!

Stay tuned!

For sure, to quote Austin Powers "She's a MAN baby YEEEEEEEAH!" (the chocolate-hating woMAN, that is) Lol, as far as customizing recipes, indeed I try to be professional in everything I do. Mike, do me a favor if you can please and kindly direct Ana to this thread too if she has not yet seen it. Smiley As far as tastes, I grew up in a very small town but I noticed my palate has been very particular from birth. I owe this (in a big way) not only to my family background, but the fact that my mom has ALWAYS been a very good cook! Plus, home-cooked North Indian food will indeed give you a taste for the spicy like nothing else can! Haha, as such, I attribute my experience with LCB as a blessing as well as a curse. It is a blessing in that it fine-tuned my palate, but a curse in regards to the fact that now that I am back here I have noticed that stuff that once tasted good to me no longer does! It is very difficult (I daresay impossible) to find fine-dining here! Though I DO still like greasy fast-food (especially after a good drinking session), so I still manage to survive. Lol, oh and will the new episode be coming out mid-January or late January? I can't wait! Cheesy

Now your tongue's become a snob! It was inevitable, I'm sure you know.

Not to seem pretentious (of course, as soon as you say that, the word instantly stamps itself across your head), but I only dine at the single most posh eatery that exists in my neighborhood. Of course, if THAT KFC ever closes, I'll have to eat out of town!

Knowing the ALWAYS busy and creatively explosive activities of the College Humor staff, I'm willing to bet that the next episode makes its premiere at around the end of January instead of the beginning.

Prove me wrong, fellas!

Haha, I still happen to LOVE KFC! I think on the whole, Indians love fried chicken just as much as your average black man if not more! No offense intended of course, I'm just joking around!  Cheesy
