Banca uses his electro power to power up his bank acc

 Blanca is using his power to make some money that good news for him but not a  happy man as he is allway shouting . What dose the world feel about this green guy any way ?

I would love to have a way to just power up my bank account any time I needed to. Yes he does seem to be a bit angry but that is the character. What can you do?

Well, if you were green with orange hair and shock people wouldn't you be angry all the time too? Be hard to find a date looking like poor Blanca.

I think the green color and orange hair gives people a shock leave alone his power and alway angry but I am sure he will a funny part in the out come of part 4

I always thought blanka was a cheat. back in those days, i felt only advanced players could finish blanka off.

Must be tough to get around all of that bioelectricity. I know that Zangief got the worst of it from Blanka in the second feature film.
