Episode 5: Bison married?????

I was rewatching Episode 5 when I noticed Bison wore a ring on his left hand's fourth finger. (I call it a marriage band.) You can see it at around 2:57. Is he married?? (Or did Mr. De Amechazurra forget to remove his ring? )

Wow! I am indeed impressed by your powers of observation!

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and guess that maybe Luis made it out of the wardrobe department somehow without setting off the metal detector.

Then, on the other hand, in deference to those who dislike intrusions of reality into our fantasy worlds (I'm one of 'em), I do seem to recall that just about everything Lord Bison does always has to be some frickin' secret! Secret island base, secret organization, secret arms and drug deals, secret powers, secret country of origin, secret laboratories, secret deodorant... Oops! Sorry! That's Cammy's. Anyway, one could easily imagine M. Bison maintaining some sort of secret marriage somewhere down the line.

Or, perhaps, I should leave that to the General himself to explain.

You will also notice how, in Episode 2, we see him wearing glasses in shot just before Sagat cavorts with Tiger, then without them mere seconds later.
